Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA, which participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Checkout and payment are handled separately by Payhip Ltd, 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. Both providers automatically process standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit, to deliver their part of the service and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a reliable, secure website.

lumiistore.com doesn't set marketing or tracking cookies. Any cookie in use is strictly necessary for the site to function and is covered by our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Server log files
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard log data for every visit: browser type and version, operating system, referring page, date and time, and IP address. This isn't combined with any other data about you and exists to keep the site running smoothly and securely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact form
When you use the contact form on this site, we collect the name, email address and message you provide and pass it securely to us through our form provider, Web3Forms. We use this only to reply to you and keep it only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message relates to a purchase, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering you, otherwise.
Fonts
Our typefaces are stored on our own server rather than loaded from Google or any other third party, so visiting this site doesn't send your IP address anywhere just to display text.

1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply to every purchase made on the LUMI website and through the LUMI storefront on Payhip, run by LUMI ("we", "us"). See our Legal Notice for full contact details.
2. What we sell
We sell digital, downloadable guides about creating AI generated story videos, currently the AI Story Video Guide. Everything we sell is digital content delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
3. How a contract is formed
Listings on our site are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Completing checkout and submitting payment is your binding offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order, usually with an automatic confirmation email sent right after payment.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are final. As a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (Kleinunternehmerregelung), we don't add or show VAT separately. Payment is processed securely by Payhip and its payment partners, such as PayPal or Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. A discounted price shown next to a struck through original price is a genuine, time limited offer.
5. Delivery of digital content
You get access to your guide immediately after successful payment, by download link and/or confirmation email. Please double check the email address you enter at checkout, since delivery happens electronically. If access doesn't arrive within a reasonable time, email lumiii.business@gmail.com.

7. License and usage rights
Buying a guide gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning, personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share or republish the guide or its contents, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All text, images and character designs remain the intellectual property of LUMI.
8. No guaranteed results
Our guides share a workflow, knowledge and methods. They don't guarantee any specific outcome, income, follower count or viral result; that depends on your own effort, execution, the platforms you use and factors outside our control.
9. Reviews and comments
If our site lets you leave a review or comment, you agree it's honest, your own, and free of anything unlawful, offensive or infringing. We can edit or remove submissions that break these rules, and you can ask us to delete your own submitted review at any time.
10. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights apply as required by law. We're liable without limit for injury to life, body or health, and for intent or gross negligence. For minor negligent breaches of a material obligation, our liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Beyond that, liability is excluded to the extent the law allows.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away any protection you're entitled to under the mandatory law of the country where you normally live.
12. If a clause doesn't hold up
Should any individual part of these terms turn out to be invalid, the rest remains fully in effect.

Refund & Withdrawal Policy

You've got 14 days to change your mind about your purchase, no reason needed. That window starts on the day your contract with us begins (check our Terms of Use if you want the exact detail on when that is).
To cancel, just tell us clearly — an email to lumiii.business@gmail.com or a letter to the address in our Legal Notice both work. There's a model form below if you'd like to use it, but it's entirely optional.
One catch worth knowing: since our guides are digital downloads rather than something shipped to you, this right can end sooner than 14 days if you've asked us to give you access right away and confirmed you understand that doing so means giving up your right to withdraw.
If you cancel while you're still within your rights, you'll get everything back — no unnecessary delay, within 14 days of hearing from you, refunded the same way you paid, unless we've agreed on something else together.
